Interested applicants that applied into the institution for Higher National Diploma courses in Estate Management and Tourism Management for the 2007/2008 admission exercise are hereby advised to check the initial admission list before submitting application for a new one.

Please be informed that attempts at multiple registration with a single scratch card renders the registration invalid. All complaints relating to multiple use of a single scratch card will no longer be treated. Applicants are therefore adviced to obtain their scratch cards only from the institution's designated outlets.

Speaking at the matriculation ceremony, the rector, Dr. J. S. congratulated the students on their admission and also adviced them to face their studies squarely as it is the only way for them to succeed in their academic pursuits.

POLYTECNIC MATRICULATES 2325 STUDENTS ! The institution has matriculated 2,325 students for its National and Higher National Diploma programmes.
Speaking at the matriculation ceremony, the rector, Dr. J. S. Oke said a total of 3,491 applied for admission through JAMB out of which 766 candidates among those who came for post-JAMB screening were offered provisional admission.

MANAGEMENT PURCHASES PATROL VEHICLES The management of the institution, under the leadership of Dr. J. S. Oke has appreciated the good work of the students' cadet officers of the school by encouraging them to put in their best with a patrol vehicle to ease their daily patrol activities.
The vehicle was handed over to the newly sworn in officer of the cadet corps under the guide of the sub-dean of students' affairs, comrade S. O. Oluga.

CONFIRM APPLICATIONS !!! Applicants for admission into the institution are hereby adviced that they should confirm their registration on or before the 16th of August 2008 to ensure that their registration is valid. CALL FOR A CULT-FREE CAMPUS The Dean of student affairs, Chief O. O. Ige has warned students againsts cultism and other anti-social vices. Speaking at the 07/08 orientation week, he admonished the students to shun cultism adding that the management of the institution would deal severely with any student caught perpetrating the heinous act.

NIPOGA ZONAL GAMES Federal Polytechnic Ede hosted six polytechnics across the nation for the zonal competition of the 2008 Nigeria Polytechnic Games (NIPOGA).
The institutions include Fed. Poly. Ilaro, Fed. Poly Offa, Fed. Poly. Nassarawa, Moshood Abiola polytechnic, The Polytechnic Ibadan, and Osun State polytechnic, Iree.

THE POLYTECHNIC PROMOTION EXERCISE The management of the institution has released the promotion of staff at various cadres in the institution. The promotion which takes effect from January 1 2008, was approved by the horable minister of education and released during the 2007 expanded management meeting of the polytechnic. The management hereby use this medium to congratulate the beneficiaries.
